The theme for World Thinking Day 2012 is girls worldwide say "we can save our planet." This theme is based on United Nation's Millennium Development Goal 7 focused on environmental sustainability.
World Thinking Day - February 22. Each year, girls participate in activities, games and projects with global themes to honor their sister Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in other countries. February 22 was chosen for World Thinking Day as it was the birthday of Scouting founder Robert Baden-Powell and of Olave Baden-Powell, his wife and World Chief Guide.

good to know the real meaning of thinking day :) now i fully understand why i have to wear my girl
scout uniform tomorrow so that i could participate and cooperate in this activity... :)
