Nutrition Theme 2010

  • Apple will boost our defenses and prevents certain cancers.
  • Grapes are powerful anti-oxidants and good sources of potassium.

  • Strawberry is rich in Vitamin C, which keeps us away from viruses and good source of Iron, which prevents anemia.

  • Banana is sources of fiber, Vit. B6 and potassium that helps regulate blood pressure.

  • Orange is excellent source of Vitamin C; it also keeps our skin healthy.

  • Carrot is source of Beta-Carotene, which is good for the eyes.
