looks the same here in Malaysia during the election season! Posters, banners, flags - they are everywhere, sometimes at a place you never think of putting as well!! After the election finished, it'll stay there and soon become rubbish as nobody to pull it down! it happens every 5 years in Malaysia :p

They tried to out do each other. Kind of colorful though and it's better than hurtful attacks in the media. It almost looks like a festival.
